Blog..
An online journal that allows  others to interact with you, a very useful and effective marketing tool. they are relatively quick, inexpensive and simple to set up, easy to update with your latest news and images. it can be useful to integrate your blog into your website, but it is not unheard of to have a blog instead of a website.
Social Media
every time you post to your blog you can alert the rest of your online community via portals such as twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and any other online forums you have joined. A way you can exploit online socializing is with which you can make contacts - so make sure to add them to your database.
